I find it amusing how MB USA’s marketing is so hesitant to be associated with non-luxury models.
Like how they resisted selling Sprinters as MBs, instead relying on Dodge/Ram and Freightliner re-badges, before finally being sold as MBs in the third gen.
And this, initially badged “ELECTRIC DRIVE,” giving the idea of an experimental car then finally falling into line with the existing B-class as the B250e.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an electric B-Class. There’s a red gasoline one around where I live. Its owners brought it over from Canada when they moved here.

They’re even become uncommon in Canada (where the gasoline ones are sold too), ever since the CLA went on sale.
